NHS: Foundation Trusts

- To ask Her Majesty's Government which hospital trusts have been recommended by Strategic Health Authorities as unsustainable following the Health Act 2009; and what action has been taken on those recommendations.

There are currently no hospital trusts that strategic health authorities have requested be transferred into the regime for unsustainable National Health Service providers, which is outlined in the Health Act (Sections 15 to 18).
