Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government what discussions they will have with the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service about its report into the experiences of children and young people when parents separate or divorce.

Officials from my department will discuss the report's findings and policy recommendations with Cafcass. The Government are conducting a review of the family justice system, and the issues raised in this report will be considered as part of that.
