- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department pursuant to the oral statement of 6 July 2010, Official Report, columns 175-78, on the treatment of detainees, from which departmental budget any sums paid in compensation to those bringing civil cases against the Crown involving the treatment of detainees will be drawn.
