What are latest estimates from Energy Technology Support Unit of potential kilowatts that could be contributed from combined heat & power; by how much such potential would raise overall thermal efficiency of electricity generation & what % contributions this could make to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. - Includes figures (Failed OPQ).
