Millennium Development Goals
- Question
- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether they will introduce legislation to meet the 0.7 per cent aid target by 2013 before the United Nations summit on the millennium development goals in September.

This Government are fully committed to our target of spending 0.7 per cent of national income on development assistance from 2013. We are looking into the best way to proceed and will inform the House when a decision has been taken.
