- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer which accountancy firms have been approved by HM Revenue and Customs to conduct independent business reviews of companies seeking to defer their tax payments; and what mechanism his Department used to select these firms.

In a document published on its website on 8 March 2010, HMRC invited expressions of interest from industry experts who wanted to be included on the Independent Business Review Panel.
