Tax Allowances: Breweries

Question
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what plans he has for future duty relief arrangements for small breweries.
Answer

Breweries producing less than 60,000 hectolitres per annum continue to benefit from a reduced rate of duty under the small breweries relief that was introduced in 2002.Decisions about tax policy are a matter for the Chancellor as part of the Budget process.
