Tax Allowances: Breweries

- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what plans he has for future duty relief arrangements for small breweries.

Breweries producing less than 60,000 hectolitres per annum continue to benefit from a reduced rate of duty under the small breweries relief that was introduced in 2002.Decisions about tax policy are a matter for the Chancellor as part of the Budget process.
