- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Lord Howell of Guildford on 18 October (WA 95), whether they have sought and received reports from the Scottish Government on the location and state of health of Abdul Baset al-Megrahi since his release.

The British Government have not sought or received reports from the Scottish Government on the location and state of health of Abdul Basset al-Megrahi since his release in August 2009.
