Foreign Heads of State: UK Property

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government whether foreign Heads of State purchasing private property in the United Kingdom are required to inform Her Majesty's Government.

Foreign heads of state are not required to inform Her Majesty's Government if they buy private property in the United Kingdom. However, the same rules apply to these transactions as apply to others, including any requirements relating to registration of title.
