- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills when he expects Royal Mail to have delivered the backlog of undelivered mail in the Leeds area.

Delivery of mail is an operational matter for the Royal Mail.I have therefore asked the chief executive of Royal Mail, Moya Greene, to respond directly to the hon. Member and a copy of her reply will be placed in the Libraries of the House.
