Civil Nuclear Police Authority

- To ask Her Majesty’s Government why the Civil Nuclear Police Federation no longer receive any papers relating to the meetings of the Civil Nuclear Police Authority and its Management Board.

The Civil Nuclear Police Authority (CNPA) has not had and does not have anything titled as a management board. The Civil Nuclear Police Federation (CNPF), in its status as observers, received papers relating to the non-restricted aspects of CNPA meetings up to September 2010 when the Civil Nuclear Police Authority Board (CNPA Board) was introduced. The CNPF has not been given observer status on the CNPA Board so does not receive meeting papers which are restricted to attendees only. The CNPA Board arrangements are subject to review after six months.
