Departmental Bonuses

Question
To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer on which occasions he has discussed with the chief executives of (a) Royal Bank of Scotland Group, (b) Lloyds Banking Group and (c) Barclays (i) the bonuses paid to their staff and (ii) their personal bonus since 1 December 2010.
Answer

The Chancellor of the Exchequer meets chief executives of UK banks on a range of issues. It is not the Government's practice to provide details of all such meetings and discussions.
