- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice what recent discussions he has had with enforcement agencies on the procedures and regulatory framework for the collection of (a) fines and (b) outstanding debts; and if he will make a statement.

HMCS officials regularly have discussions with enforcement agencies about improving HMCS enforcement procedures and will continue to do so.
