- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills if he will assess the Royal Mail postal delivery backlogs affecting (a) domestic and (b) international post and their effects on small businesses.

Mail delivery is an operational matter for the Royal Mail. I have therefore asked the chief executive of Royal Mail, Moya Greene, to respond directly to the honourable Member and a copy of her reply will be placed in the Libraries of the House.
