- To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills what recent discussions he has had with Royal Mail on the clearance of backlogs of mail and parcels.

Mail delivery is an operational matter for the Royal Mail.I have therefore asked the chief executive of Royal Mail, Moya Greene, to respond directly to the hon. Member and a copy of her reply will be placed in the House Libraries.
