Salix Scheme: Finance

- To ask the Secretary of State for Justice with reference to the Spring Supplementary Estimates 2010-11, HC 790, for what reasons there is proposed a transfer of £337,000 to the Department of Energy and Climate Change in connection with the repayment of energy savings pump priming funds for the Salix scheme.

As part of the Salix energy savings Scheme which is funded by the Carbon Trust a delivery partner of the Department for Energy and Climate Change, the MoJ has made a payment of £337,000 in relation to repayment of energy savings pump priming funds.
