- To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) on how many occasions (a) RBS and (b) Lloyds TSB have appointed insolvency practitioners in respect of small businesses since 8 May 2010; and what assessment he has made of the trends in the incidence of such procedures in the last 12 months;

The appointment of insolvency practitioners is a matter for the management of the Royal Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group.
