- To ask Her Majesty’s Government, further to the Written Answer by Baroness Hanham on 28 March (WA 216–17), when they placed a copy of their reply to the letter from the chair of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination in the Library of the House.

Three letters relevant to the noble Baroness's earlier Question were lodged in the Library of the House on 28 March. We regret that due to an oversight the Government's reply to the letter from the chair of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination was not lodged with the other letters. I can now confirm that the document in question was placed in the Library on 24 May.
