- Question
- To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (1) what discussions she has had with the European Commission on the eligibility for the next programming round of LIFE+ of the Overseas Countries and Territories of the EU member states;

The European Commission is yet to make its proposal for a new EU financial instrument for the environment. Discussions with the European Commission or other member states are not currently planned in advance of seeing the European Commission's proposal. Once this is available we will develop a UK position.
