Work Capability Assessment: Atos Healthcare

- To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions how many Atos approved healthcare professionals carrying out work capability assessments are under investigation by the General Medical Council for (a) professional misconduct and (b) misconduct other than professional misconduct.

There are no doctors currently carrying out work capability assessments who are under investigation by the GMC.
