Drugs: Pyridostigmine Bromide
- Question
- To ask Her Majesty’s Government what is the usual duration of the treatment period for civilians prescribed pyridostigmine bromide.
- Answer
-
Information on the age of National Health Service patients prescribed a medicine is not collected centrally, so no meaningful comparison can be made. It is for the prescribing clinician to decide for how long a patient should be prescribed a particular medicine, taking into account the patient's individual circumstances. Information on the usual duration of the treatment period for civilians prescribed pyridostigmine bromide is not collected centrally.
