Business of the House
Last week at business questions, I asked the Leader of the House about Crosby coastguard and the proposal by its staff to site the maritime operations centre there, which would save the Government a significant amount of money. His reply was that"““the Government are interested in all options that might save money””.—[Official Report, 13 October 2011; Vol. 533, c. 488.]" I wonder whether he has had time to discuss this matter with his ministerial colleagues, and what the answer might be.
