- (5) whether (a) civil servants of his Department, (b) Ministers of his Department and (c) members of the armed forces have had meetings with any members of companies or organisations in which Michael Hintze has an interest since May 2010; and if so, by whom such meetings were arranged;

I refer the hon. Member to the answer I gave to the hon. Member for North Durham (Mr Jones) on 8 November 2011, Official Report, column 229W. These were the only meetings identified between Ministers and the individuals named.The Ministry of Defence does not hold information on companies or organisations of which these individuals may have an interest.
