- To ask the Secretary of State for Health what steps he is taking to implement European Commission Regulation (EC) No 41/2009 on the gluten content of food.

The Foodstuffs Suitable for People Intolerant to Gluten (England) Regulations 2010, were laid before Parliament on 20 September 2010 and come into force on 1 January 2012.
