- To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what recent representations she has received on the case of Babar Ahmad; and if she will make a statement.

I have received a number of letters from Members of Parliament on behalf of constituents who have written to them about the case of Babar Ahmad. Mr Ahmad's extradition is stayed while his case is considered by the European Court of Human Rights.
