Question
Will the Minister assist us by saying which Minister is responsible for the English Government policy?
Answer

Obviously, all DEFRA Ministers accept full responsibility, but the individual Minister who handles this is the Under-Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, my hon. Friend the Member for Newbury.
