Pet Animals Act 1951

Question
To ask the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs what plans she has to amend section 2 of the Pet Animals Act 1951 to include (a) public houses and (b) websites.
Answer

There are no plans to amend the Pet Animals Act 1951.
