CAFCASS
- Question
- To ask Her Majesty's Government what consideration they have given to including an assessment of whether children have been seen by an officer of the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS) in the key performance indicators for CAFCASS.

The Secretary of State for Education does not plan to set such a measure as part of the key performance indicators for CAFCASS as it is for the CAFCASS board to make decisions about the most effective social work practice to deliver the service's statutory duties.
