What reports HMG have received of attacks by units of Soviet armed forces & Ministry of Interior on targets in Estonia, Latvia & Lithuania in May; if they will call on Soviet authorities to withdraw all armed forces from Baltic Republics & if they will raise in UN Security Council annulment of unlawful Hitler-Ribbentrop Pact, under which Soviet Union purported to annex those republics.
