Film and Television Industry

- To ask Her Majesty's Government what consideration they have given to providing a tax credit to the United Kingdom film and television animation sector.

Animated films may already qualify for film tax relief where they meet the qualifying conditions of the scheme. All aspects of the tax system are kept under review and any new policies are announced by the Chancellor of the Exchequer at Budget.
