- To ask Her Majesty's Government what consideration they have given to the recommendation in the House of Lords Communications Committee report on The British Film and Television Industries—Decline or Opportunity? (First Report, Session 2009–10, HL Paper 37), for ““the extension of the film tax credit, on a pilot basis, to children's programmes and animated productions made for television””.

The Film Tax Relief was designed with a primarily cultural aim of promoting the sustainable production of films with British cultural content that may not otherwise be made. The Government do, however, keep all aspects of the tax system under review.
