- If, in view of prolonged dispute between local authorities & inhabitants of Huntingdon over future of Spring Common, Charity Commissioners should institute inquiry under Section 6 of Charities Act 1960 with regard to charity known as Freemen & Widows of Freemen of Huntingdon & its assets, with particular reference to failure to register it as charity under Commons Registration Act 1965 & to appoint one of HM Counsel to conduct inquiry.
