Whether the remit to the Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education in respect of its inquiry into the preparation of student primary teachers to teach reading has been extended since 17th April 1991; & if so, in what way. - Includes ref to letter to CATE from Parlt Under-Sec of State about dyslexia (in Library HDEP 91/041).
