Whether Sec of State for Education on 22nd May 1991 made a statutory instrument purporting to authorise sale of premises & land of Barkestone School & to remove trustees thereof & if that instrument is valid, what steps Sec of State & diocesan authority can take in order to enforce it & whether they intend to take those steps.
