- Further to first Answer of Baroness Blatch on 12th June 529 c62WA whether it was duty of trustees to apply for provision for a Sunday School fund or other fund for benefit of locality & whether, if they did not apply out of ignorance, it was duty of Sec of State to inform & advise them, or, alternatively, of Charity Commissioners under Section 1, subsection (3), of Charities Act 1960.
