Following the last 2 sentences of the Answer of the Earl Ferrers on 15th July at 531 c1WA, whether, prior to his answer, the order had already been established on 22nd May, 1991 by the Sec of State for Education by SI 1991/1254; & whether that order contained any provision by which managing trusteeship of charity passed from the Vicar & Churchwardens to Leicester Diocesan Board of Finance, & if so whether will specify provision & statutory authority for it.
