- To ask Her Majesty's Government what is the projected (a) revenue cost, and (b) resource cost, of fee loans for part-time students in higher education in England up to and including undergraduate level for the years 2012-13 to 2014-15.

Estimates of the (a) revenue cost and (b) resource cost of fee loans for part-time students, consistent with the impact assessment published alongside the 2011 higher education White Paper are as follows:
