Question: If he will list the sums of money from all sources which he is making available directly from his Department or in conjunction with others to the Welsh National Opera in the present financial year; what were the comparable figures in 1989-90; and if he will list the projected figures for 1991-92 and subsequent years insofar as firm or tentative projections have been made; what discussions have taken place between WO Ministers, or officials & WNO on finances; what differences have arisen over financial contribution of Govt to WNO & what differences still remain & to comment on financial arrangements for WNO in present financial year & 1991 & future financial years. - Inc ref to 183 c380W.
