- If he will bring forward legislation to amend the Town and County Planning (Use Clauses) Order S.I. (1987), No. 764, so as to exclude chapels of rest, mortuaries and funeral parlours from the category of Director of Funerals in Class A1. - This matter was considered as part of review which preceded 1987 order & it was decided to make no change.
