When the Right honourable Member for North Hertfordshire may expect to receive an answer to his letter dated 28th September 1990 concerning sand eel fishing. - (Holding answer 23 January 1991). Further to my reply of 23 January, we have now received a copy of the right hon. Members letter & my noble Friend Lord Strathclyde replied today.
