What was the cost to his Department in respect of air freight charges to convey the leaflet, Primary Testing: A Guide for Parents to Shetland and subsequently distribute the leaflet to schools in Shetland. - A single contract for distribution throughout Scotland was negotiated on basis of competitive tender.
