- What recent enquiries DTI has undertaken to enable Dept to decide whether the claim made on 1 April by the United States Government that Sollatek UK Ltd is owned or controlled by Iraqis is correct & various other questions about Sollatek UK: information supplied by DTI to US Office of Foreign Assets Control prior to 1 April & after 9 April meeting; evidence supplied by US Office during consultation with DTI about list of designated nationals of Iraq & inquiries undertaken by DTI to decide whether US claim is correct.
