Question: To what extent the estimate given to the House by the Armed Forces Minister on 18th March 1987, in Standing Committee `C', that implementation of the Crown Proceedings (Armed Forces) Act 1987 would give rise, after 10 years, to an annual cost of #13 million, has been borne out by experience; what has been the cost in each year for 1987-88 to date; and what factors account for any differences between the actual figures and the Ministerial estimate. - Information not immediately available.
