- If he will set out in the Official Report the details of the scheme for the Certification of Environmentally Friendly Buildings launched on 23rd September. - Inc fact that two versions of the Building Research Establishment environmental assessment method for new building designs were launched on 23 September 1991. BREEAM 2/91 relates to new superstores and supermarkets; BREEAM 3/91 relates to new housing. (Holding answer 17 October 1991).
