- If he has re-opened negotiations with NCM of Amsterdam on the terms for the acquisition of the Insurance Services Group of the Export Credits Guarantee Department; what further progress he has to report on proposed sale; whether there will be further invitations to tender or re-tender; & what is his most up-to-date assessment of the date for completion of negotiations with NCM.
