- Further to his Answer of 27th November, Official Report, 199 c503-4W, precisely where in the Environmental Protection (Prescribed Processes and Substances) Regulations 1991 the specific terms same location and same person, appearing, respectively, in lines one and two of paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 thereof, are unambiguously defined; and what is the Minister's intended meaning of those specific phrases. - (Holding answer 3 December 1991).
