- Whether his Department is taking any action to secure compensation from any other company in respect of ex-gratia payments made to United Scientific Holdings/Avimo; what was amount of ex-gratia payment made by MOD to United Scientific Holdings/Avimo in respect of that companys performance on most recent contract for delivery of thermal observation & gunnery sighting equipment.
