What consideration he has given to the Nuclear Testing Moratorium Act (HR 3636) introduced to the United States Congress on 29th October by Representative R. Gephardt and Representative M. Kopetski in regard to the effect it would have on United Kingdom access to the Nevada nuclear test site for the continued testing of British nuclear warheads.
