- What estimate he has made of the anticipated crime figures for 1991 in each police force area in England and Wales, and of the percentage increase this represents in each case; and whether this was taken into account in the recent review of police manpower needs. - No estimates have been made for 1991. Figures for 12 months up to June 1991 are published in Home Office Statistical Bulletin 18/91 (in Library).
