- To comment on the introduction of European Community Directive 90/ 396/EEC, relating to applicances for burning gaseous fuels; and whether he will draw it to the attention of Her Majesty's consuls in Spain and Portugal, following the deaths of British subjects as a result of defective water heaters in their holiday apartments.
